Sariya College, Suriya has a priority for educating girls of backward community. The college covers a large area. At around 25 k.m. distance, there is no degree college besides our college, before the establishment of the college, there was very less chance for girls of this region to go to college for higher study. To cultivate the vision and priority area of the college, college has provided bus facility for girls students only. Girls’ students of some particular areas get benefitted from bus facility.
Our college realizes social responsibility. Various social issues are discussed. Students are made conscious of their duty to preserve human values and environmental balance. Different activities and programmes, outreach programmes. N.S.S. activities are very common. The sense of social service is inculcated among students.
