- Institutions for admission: Admission to FYUGP with Major, Minor, IRC, IVC, Research………………….can be taken in Sariya College, Suriya
- Seats: History-500, Hindi-500, Pol. Sc.-480, Sociology-240,Economics-240, English-240, Geography-200, Philisophy-64, Urdu-80,Sanskrit-80, Khortha-80 and Commerce-160.
Method of Admission
The admission to the 1st Semester of Bachelor Course shall be made on the basis of a merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the bonafide candidates in the last qualifying examination, or on the basis of the written entrance test to be conducted by the college for the purpose after applying reservation policy and awarding weight age, if any allowed only by college admission committee.
Eligibility criteria for admission in FYUGP
- A student who has passed the +2 Examination of the 10+2 system or an equivalent examination of a recognized University/Board with a minimum of 33% marks in the concerned subject or in an allied subject shall be eligible to seek admission.
- A student who has earned a Certificate or Diploma in any professional course of a recognized institution after 10+2 level with at least 33% in the aggregate at +2 level shall also be eligible to seek admission.
- A student who has passed the +2 examination of the 10+2 system or an equivalent examination in Science with at least 33% marks in the aggregate at +2 examination shall be eligible for admission to FYUGP 1st semester.
- A student who has passed the +2 examination of the 10+2 system or an equivalent examination in Commerce with at least 33% marks in the aggregate at +2 examination shall be eligible for admission to FYUGP 1st semester.
- A student who has passed the +2 examination of the 10+2 system or an equivalent examination in Arts with at least 33% marks in the aggregate at +2 examination shall be eligible for admission to FYUGP 1st semester.
- A student who has passed the +2 examination with at least 33% in the aggregate in any faculty of students is eligible for admission to FYUGP 1st semester in Philosophy, Anthropology, Home Science, Sociology, Labour and Social Welfare, any language including tribal language, or any other subject in which teaching at +2 level is scanty or unavailable as a core subject.
- A College can also conduct entrance examination for admission to one or all the three degree courses as an alternative method of admission.
