Sariya College, Suriya runs on democratic principles. Policies and principles are made by Governing Body and IQAC and meetings between principal and teaching and non-teaching staff. No monopoly or autocracy works in management and administration of the college. Educational administrative power is decentralized among members of Governing Body, IQAC and Teaching Staff. Nobody is All- in-all.
